That's what i can find.Although this is Hatsune Miku(anime chararcter), but it looks really close to a schoolgirl;you can change her hair to be a normal school girl.
The folding sequence can be a little abstract,but i believe you can do that.

If the tutorial is not forthcoming then we must crack the c.p looking at all similar schematics .
With regards to the proportions and neatness but the c.p is actually very intricate and the collar is complicated without isolating and mastering that area of the plan.
Other models with jackets would also need to tuck in neatly .Box folds are often bulkier than the flat fold designs . Few have mastered both.
We could change the bow into a lapel and also glue as we progress
