Study both the photo of the model and the CP in order to find out 'what is where' in the CP .... not too difficult here.
now you know at least a fe mountain and valley folds ... for instance: the diagonal from the left upper corner to the right lower corner is a mountain fold ....
fold those easy fold lines first and from there on the model will almost fold itself ....

to have an easier start you could print the CP and prefold ALL lines before going through the steps above

I must admit that at first I too was roo impressed with CPs to even want to try it. Then I decided to at least try one and .... it wasn't that difficult at all! Do realize that usually a CP doesn't have all necessary creasing lines.
