For anyone not able to extract the files, you just need to remove the last part of the filename.

rename:
Dinosaur Collection.7z.001.zip->Dinosaur Collection.7z.001
Dinosaur Collection.7z.002.zip-> Dinosaur Collection.7z.002

Then they will extract properly
