I tried. It doesn't help much. I've found the parameters for Adobe Reader but seems not working in Excel.

As far as I know, "PDF" file that can not use the "Office" in the "EXCEL" or "WORD" open, but really you can use "WORD" generate "PDF" file. If you just want to "EXCEL" to insert a "PDF" file, the hyperlink, I think this should be able to do this.

Thank you for your reply though not regarding my problem.
I had explained this in a similar post in <<http://www.zhezhixueyuan.com/thread-226341-1-1.html>>. I am a Chinese. I can read, write, speek and listen Chinese but I can't type Chinese on a keyboard. I just don't know any Chinese input method. I used to have a writing pad some seven or eight years ago but seeing that I have very slim opportuinty to use it I gave it away.
You might have noticed some of my replies in other threads are in Chinese. How did I do that ? Well, I copied and pasted word by word by inputting a corresponding English in a dictionary. That took my some ten minutes just to finish "typing" five Chinese words or so.
By the way, since you are 版主, I wonder if you can help me with this. Is it possible to change my login name ? If possible, I would like to change it to something like "A Chinese but can't input Chinese" :lol. OK, just kidding. But this is for real. Do you know why my 头像 is a girl instead of a cat ? I've found almost everywhere but I don't see any way to change it. Ah, wait. I should say, I can change my 头像. In fact, I've changed it several times. But the 头像 is alway a girl when I reply or 發帖. Can you help ?

Pardon me. I instinctively go to the bottom to read reply and I missed this thread.
Yes, that's exactly what I am doing. I am using hyperlink in Excel to open pdf files but it always starts at the first page. How to skip the first page and go to, say page 10 ? I've found the Adobe Reader parameters in some other forums but seems not applicable to hyperlink in Excel.
That's alright. You don't need to use English and please definately do not use Google translate. I can read Chinese quite OK.
