Actually I'm don't know what those japanese talking about,so it is a bit hard to understand step 11~12,thank you for sharing,now I can make an eye(my technology is not that good so it is ugly haha)

You need to understand the symbols used in the world of Origami first.Step 12 and 13 mean that one needs to fold and unfold to create creases, in order to shape the eye lids.
