I have NEVER worked with 75 x 75 cms .... it is superlarge! Do 1 or 2 mms really matter???
If so, then technically it totally depends on what you want to use the paper for: for a 'simple', rough model a little bias is no problem.
And emotionally it depends on where the paper came from. If I have bought a square piece of paper from the origami shop for instance for
