提问：如果要做一些视频教程和实拍教程，需要注意什么？（他人设计的作品）

Depends on where you want to share it. If you want to share it via YouTube for instance you need to ask permission from the designer. You ALWAYS should give credits to the original designer.
Another thing to pay attention to would be checking if your particular model has not been posted by others already as many models are done umpteen times. Try to be more original than others!
And then .... of course .... the quality of your tutorial: what does it add to all tutorials already existing.
A thing to consider before publishing is how you are going to promote if once you have uploaded it.
These are only some of the things to consider/do.

这个应该没事吧，本身制作视频也是一种创作，但最好注明原创作者，不牟利哈

this whole copyright thing is why i prefer photo process known as real shot origami .
Anyway unless you have the patience dont choose models that take seven hours to fold because you will have to make fast motion video .
Dont take up more a quarter of the video on the precrease  but do zoom in on important and difficult steps.
/ use good lighting
make sure your hands arent covering  the detail
.Use a pencil and bone folder .
always indicate clearly the points so viewers can follow
