建议西口牌纸张，可选20，30，40cm大小的做练习不错，厚度53克。牛皮纸也不错，注意厚度。进阶后可用各种纸张处理后使用

What paper to use is decided by many different factors
- its size
- complexity and structure of your model (many creases/lots of tension on your model/...)

I mostly use simple kraft paper and for more advanced projects I use selfmade foil backed paper (which is strong, gives sharp. strsaight creases (doesn't wrinkle), ... and which makes good shaping possible.

- it also depends on WHAT you want to fold: flowers and plants look more natural if the paper is not that 'perfect' ...

Maybe you know it under another name .... maybe not at all. Michael LaFosse and his paper making partner have good instructions on how to make it yourself, but not only them. Here are 3 of many, many links

The advantage of this paper for larger/more complex models is that it facilitates shaping, that the model keeps it shape more easy, and that the folding process itself is smoother.
