There was an article by Kamiya Satoshi, in one of recent Origami Tanteidan Magazines, about references and models based on 22.5 structure.
4 r9 c4 V, ~: a: W5 M
As he said "the simplier, the better", and as you can check, many of his models are based on similair references. (LSD has similair reference point to fiddler crab )

as I remember,there is only one article by Kamiya Satoshi on Origami Tanteidean Magazines ,it's issue 115....I was so excited when the magazine reached,it "looks" great (there are 80% character as same as Chinese,but different grammar）...
